Welcome

I am Dena Sneed, owner and principal practitioner at Prairie Roots Collective.

At Prairie Roots Collective, we are dedicated to cultivating resilience and restoring connection in the face of the climate, ecological, and biodiversity crises. We understand the profound impact these global challenges have on well-being, leading to feelings of eco-anxiety, grief, and despair. Our mission is to support individuals and organizations in navigating these emotional landscapes through holistic, trauma-informed, embodied approaches.
